STANDARD REFUND TERMS
Products purchased from Kweehost.com, it can be returned only if they are canceled within the following times:
Annual Plans+ – Within 30 days of the date of the transaction
Monthly Plans*+ – Within 48 hours of the date of the transaction.
*Monthly plans include all plans for one year (eg, 12 months.)
+Security products with correction services can not be reimbursed once a clearance request has been sent.
As part of this refund policy “Date of the transaction” means that the date of purchase of a product or service, whose date is included in the Kweehost, Product Agreement or in the renewal method of terms of the Terms, the applicable services(see here).
You can cancel a product at any time, but if released, the payment will be provided only if canceled, the payment will be requested for the product.
Note: Some products have different policies or vigilance requirements, including some products can not be refunded under any circumstances. SEO You can cancel the SEO services at any time and we will not charge you in the next months. However, your current month or last month’s cost will not be refunded since the service is already being processed. If you cancel the publishing services and request a refund within 48 hours of purchase or renewal, you can get full refund for that month’s service. However, after 48 hours, you are responsible for paying this month, but you will not be charged for the next few months.
Cloudflare You can request a refund within 30 days of the transaction date, if you still do not activate the product. Logo Design: Canceled fee of 40%, is processed, refundable if the model is not delivered. A Purchased Product Includes a Free Domain Name If you cancel the purchased product, the domain name will be deducted from the return value of the catalog (where the list price is indicated in the Domain Name price in Kweehost.com and not a promotion, discount or other price reduction).
Expert Services
If a specialist service is already completed, it is not repayable (if it is not done, it can be returned within 30 days of the transaction date)
Hosting Services
If a hosting service is already completed, it is not repayable (if it is not made, it can be returned within 30 days of the transaction date).
Trustee Fees Trustees will pay the fee if the domain is not registered successfully. The fees for the trustees are not refunded at the time of renewal fee. Website Security Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase only and will not be issued only for malware manual removal. WordPress Premium Support: Money can be refunded before the expiry of the billing cycle and cancellation of canceled credits. Based on the amount paid by the plan for the remaining credit, revenge will be prorated. A credit standard plan is planned by the total amount divided by the credit.
